Our Creamed Honey is 100% of our finest honey, the creaming process is a hands on method to combine very fine crystallised honey known as a ‘seed’ into liquid honey and slowly blended until the right consistency is reached. The honey sets with the silkiness of butter. We recommend storing your creamed honey in the fridge over summer and the pantry through winter.
